As if pools werent cool enough

The wifey and I moved into a new place with a pool this last winter and we havent gotten a chance to use it yet. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately, California needs the water), it’s been storming quite a bit for the last couple weeks so the lawn has sluiced off about a thousand worms into the pool to collect at the deep end around the drain. Needless to say I’m going to have to do some serious work on the pool to get it into Corona shape, and while I’m at it I really want to install one of these.

Specs and my dream Aquaclimb after the cut.

It’s called the Aquaclimb, and it’s primarily being marketed to public pools and YMCA type organizations, but it’s starting to catch on with waterparks amusement parks and the company says it has sold lots of kits to private parties. The panels (which you can rearrange to vary the route) are cast of fiberglass with chlorine resistant stainless steel framing.

They say they can cast the panels with any vector path the customer provides and in any color, I’m just imagining climbing a wall of boobs.

I’m picturing something like this.

  1. What is the cost on something like this? BTW, I still have the picture of all the worms in you pool on my phone- we can try to get it onto your Mac if you have a USB 1.1 cable around anywhere
